When Will I Be Billed?

That depends.

For Per Service Billing Customers:

You order will be charged after it is cleaned and inspected, but before it is out the door and delivered.

For Monthly Billing Customers:

Your recurring billing date is determined by your original sign up date. For example, if you join on the 1st, your subsequent shipments will be billed and processed on the 1st of the month. Your box will be delivered within 3 – 5 business days of your bill date.
