How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking is automatic. Here’s how it works:

  1. You’ll receive a notification once we pick up your order.
  2. You’ll receive another notification message once we begin processing your order.
  3. You’ll get one more notification when your order is about to leave our facility.
  4. You’ll get one final notification once your order is delivered.

You can also find the tracking info for all your order by logging in and clicking on the [tracking] icon in the upper right hand corner. From there click History, and then Track to keep tabs on your box.

Just make sure you have text, or in app notifications turned on.
