May 8, 2018No worries, we’ll always text you the night before your scheduled pickup to make sure you don’t forget. Simply reply “N” to the reminder text by 8am on your scheduled pickup day to cancel service, or cancel through the “Your Schedule” section on your Account page .
If you forget to respond don’t worry, we get it, your busy and mistakes happen. However, if it becomes a habit we’ll be forced to charge a $10 inconvenience fee for each failed pickup on a scheduled pickup day.
